Since opening Sportsclinic in june 2004 Kirsty has spent the majority of her time treating specific injuries, providing pain management for repetitive strain/sports injuries, and giving advice on lifestyle changes.
After graduating from Premier Training International, Kirsty went onto train in Holistic Medical Massage and Hot Stone Sports Massage (2005)
In 2006 Kirsty trained in Level I Seichem Reiki for personal reasons and then one month later proceeded to do the Level II course to pass this beautiful treatment onto her clients. Following this Kirsty went onto train as a Seichem Reiki Master Teacher (2009), allowing her to progress onto teaching Reiki and to provide her clients with the highest and best reiki experience available.
As Kirsty does Reiki alongside all treatments, the flow of energy is very powerful and a lovely addition to any treatment.
Kirsty's most recent training course was Core Myofascial Therapy (2011), further enhancing her Body Reading Analysis skills and extending her experience in connective tissue work.
Her knowledge and experience of soft tissue injuies is second to none. Consultations and reviews before treatments help kirsty to give the most thorough treatment she can.
Stretches and strengthening exercises usually complete a session along with "home" exercises to enable the client to receive as much benefit as possible, from fewer treatments.
